Kirk E. Webb,

President/Principal

With over 30 years in the oil & gas industry, Kirk has been in the business all his life. His father was a pioneer geologist who had discoveries all over the United States and his brothers have been in the industry for decades as well. Kirk has been involved in the oil & gas business, one way or the other. From the start and ending of a geophysical survey, to conducting a Lease Check or Mineral Take-Off, to the research of the production history of wells, to the preparation for Abstracts of Title, to lease acquisitions, to the preparation of forms and reports, to mapping, to acquiring rights of way and easements, to curing title defects, to settling surface damages, to meeting with a tribal organization, to dealing and settling with state and federal regulatory matters, Kirk has been there and has the experience for problem solving. Kirk now manages and directs the Ironrock Webb Energy Group, a full service petroleum land company that provides services all over the lower 48 of the United States, and specifically the great State of Texas. This company is comprised of well experienced Landmen, GIS Specialists, and Abstractors that provide quality services in a timely manner to select clients of the Ironrock Webb Energy Group, L.L.C. Kirk is an active member of the Houston Association of Petroleum Landmen, American Association Professional Landmen, Texas Oil and Gas Association, and the Texas Independent Producers & Royalty Owners Association. James “Jimmy” L. Starr CPL,

Project Mgr./Senior Landman

Originally from Tyler, Texas, Jimmy got his start as a Petroleum Landman in 1974 while conducting his first Lease Check near the Spindletop Field in Jefferson County, Texas. Since then, Jimmy has traveled throughout the lower 48 of the United States to provide quality land services to select clients of the Ironrock Webb Energy Group, L.L.C.. Jimmy has been involved in all facets of the petroleum land industry and is an excellent problem solver. Jimmy is an active member of the Houston Association of Professional Landmen, American Association Professional Landmen (Certified Petroleum Landman #4850).

Mark M. Dickson,

Project Mgr./Senior Landman

With over 44 years as a Petroleum Landman, Mark grew up in the land business at an early age. Mark’s father was a pioneer Petroleum Landman and Oil Scout for a few companies in Houston, Texas. As they say, “The apple doesn’t fall from the tree” is an understatement for Mark. At a young age of 10 years old, Mark began coloring land maps for his father in his office on weekends. Mark found his niche as a Petroleum Landman in 1975 while being hired for as an in-house Landman with a major corporation. Since then, Mark has worked all over Texas performing title research, curing title defects, engaging in well analysis, settling surface damages, and  acquiring oil, gas, and mineral leases for a few select clients for the Ironrock Webb Energy Group, L.L.C.

Amanda Traill

Manager/GIS Specialist

Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Geography and received her Graduate Certificate in Geographic Information Science from Texas A&M University in 2007. Since then, Amanda has never looked back while preparing and delivering multi-layer maps for the Ironrock Webb Energy Group clients. Amanda has generated and authored many Unit Maps, pipeline Right-of-Way maps, Leasehold Acreage Maps, and Aerial Maps using the most current ESRI ARCMap program. With this, Amanda can generate any combination of a multi-layer map that a client may so desire.
