• All copies of the pertinent documents included in the abstracts/runsheets will be provided either by hard copy or digital versions depending on client or examining attorney’s request

Title Curative

• In satisfying division order and drill site title requirements through the preparation of pertinent documents for heirship, title conflicts and defects, and title possession

Due Diligence

• Analysis of parties contracts, wells, leases, and sites along with obligations through a possible third party that affect the outcome of the acquisition or divestiture
• Obtaining pre and post-closing research of working interest owners and net revenue interest owners to verify true ownership

GIS Mapping
